During the complimentary 30-minute initial consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and needs to understand how AMA Consulting Group can best support you. This session helps us recommend the most suitable advisory service for your situation.

Contracted services are project-based engagements tailored to your organization’s needs. These include business plan development, policy creation, and process optimization. Costs are determined based on the scope of the project, and a detailed proposal is provided after the initial consultation.

Retainer packages provide flexible access to advisory services at discounted rates:

3-Hour Package: $495 ($165/hour)
5-Hour Package: $800 ($160/hour)

Retainer hours must be used within the month and do not roll over.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and are happy to reschedule your session. Please call our office at 678-310-6356 to arrange a new time.

Refund Policy:

  • A full refund is available for cancellations made within 3 days of scheduling the session.
  • No refunds are given for cancellations made after that time or for no-shows.

Retainer packages offer ongoing access to advisory services on a monthly basis. Clients purchase a set number of hours (3 or 5), which can be used for business coaching, strategic planning sessions, and advisory support. Any hours beyond the package are billed at the standard rate of $175/hour.

Unfortunately, we do not allow switching between service types once they are scheduled or purchased. However, you can schedule additional services as needed to meet your goals.
